You will not find any Fabricators in Chapter 1. Instead, chapter 2 holds these excellent Fabricators for you. Reach Chapter 2 quickly to get one.
Flame Clock
After getting free from Flame Clock, you may visit the Aeta region. This is the place where you will find your first Fabricator.
Feronnis Hulk
In Aeta, you will find Feronnis Hulk. These are attached with Fabricators. To unlock one, you will need to activate the Feronnis Hulk first.
To activate the Feronnis Hulk, you must bring Aether which is being farmed from Aether Channel in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. And use the Aether to open up the Feronnis Hulk.
After you do so, you will have your first Fabricator finally unlocked!
