There is also the fact that one of the most strongest DPS in the game Arlecchino is coming on the second phase. With the lantern rite also joining in the mix, we are getting a ton of rewards to the get the characters we need.

Upcoming Characters in Genshin Impact version 5.4
New Character: Mizuki
Let’s get started with the new character that will be introduced in this patch is Mizuki, a 5 star anemo character from Inazuma. She is rumored to join the standard banner pull. So, you might skip her as she will be an option for the 50-50 losses you’ll eventually run into overtime.
That being said, her signature weapon will also release in this patch. And if this is something similar to Tighnari, then you will have to spend primogems to get her weapon as that won’t be in the standard weapon pull.
There is no other info regarding another new character releasing in version 5.4. That being said, this patch was rumored to introduced Madame Ping as a playable character. But now that rumor has been busted as Lanyan is getting introduced as a 4 star in the second phase of 5.3.

Reruns: Wriothesley & Furina
Yes you have read it right, Wriothesley is finally getting his rerun after waiting for more than a year. He is arguably the strongest Cryo DPS in the game right now. With proper teams he can rival any top tier DPS and can be essential in the Sneznaya patches.
And then there is Furina. She is without any doubt the best support and sub DPS character in the game. She can raise the elemental DMG of any team to 75% making her a crucial part of any team. Her personal damage is great, she can heal, she can buff, she can do it all.
While these two have been confirmed to come in 5.4, the final slot hasn’t been out yet. Therefore, I can’t confirm who is coming. But I personally think it will be either Natlan or Inazuma characters. So, you can expect a rerun of Navia, Sigewinne, Ayaka, Ayato, and others.
