Unlock Ramanas Park
The first and foremost thing you will have to finish to unlock Ramana’s park is the story. After you are done with the game’s story and become the Sinnoh Champion, finish the Sinnoh Pokemon Dex by encountering 150 Pokemon. Next up, travel to Sandgem Town and talk to Professor Rowan, who will hand you the National Pokedex.
Finally, after acquiring the National Pokedex, you will get a message to visit Ramana’s Park. Now head over to Sandgem Town again and start walking south till you reach the beach on Route 219. You will need to surf here and travel west of the ocean to reach Routes 220 and Route 221. Fans will eventually see land, and this will be where you will see a building called Ramanas Park.
