Tinykin is a unique platforming adventure where you play as Milo, who lands on Earth and is shrunk. The game revolves around a house where he finds himself in, tiny-sized. Furthermore, you befriend creatures called Tinykin, whose different abilities help you to traverse the game world in unique and creative ways. The game has a Pikmin-like vibe to it, thanks to this mechanic. There are different types of Tinykin, each with different quirks. Hence, you can explore this giant house in many ways. For example, creating ladders, breaking down doors using explosions, gliding, etc.
Furthermore, Tinykin introduces other creatures and insects living their lives, much like humans. Explore the house and its many insect settlements and habitats to learn about them and their lives through conversation with NPCs and storytelling. Even though devoid of humans, the house is still alive with all these tiny creatures with their own tales. The game’s visuals are also a sight to behold and work amazingly with the mechanics. A mix of 2D characters with a 3D cel-shaded world.
This is an excellent choice for platforming fans, in addition to the achievements and trophy hunters. Tinykin offers 44 Trophies and Achievements on PlayStation and Xbox consoles. Hence, apart from the quirky platforming experience, you can bag yourself a couple of gamerscores, trophies, and of course, platinum. Moreover, most Tinykin trophies and achievements are not too hard, and you can get them as you progress through the game.
