Fans of the popular show “The Simpsons” claim that the show predicted the recent Oceangate submarine gone missing situation years ago.
The Simpsons is a 90 satirical TV show that depicts the American life of a family. In the past, fans claimed that the show predicted many events happening in our timeline. Some of the predictions were so accurate that people started believing that the show’s creators were time travelers.
And now fans of the show are claiming that The Simpsons predicted the recent Oceangate Titanic Submarine going missing. Recently 5 people booked a submarine called Titan made by the company Oceangate. Their main mission was to visit the Titanic ship’s wreckage and capture footage and witness it for themselves.
But on their way to the Titanic wreckage, the sub went missing. At the moment several search parties are looking for the missing submarine which only has a few hours of Oxygen left.
Fans Claim The Simpsons Predicted the Submarine Situation Years Ago
The Simpsons aired an episode back in 2006. The episode shows Homer and his dad going to a wreck to find treasures. At one point the submarine gets stuck in a wreckage and starts running out of Oxygen. The show however ended with Homer and his father in a hospital bed surrounded by his family after being in a coma for three days.
Fans of the show claim that The Simpsons was the first media that showed a submarine going missing. Some of the fans said,
“Simpsons was the first time in history a submarine sinking was shown in media. This isn’t a coincidence”.
“I do not know what surprises them of the lost submarine in the Atlantic that went down to see the remains of the Titanic, the Simpsons had already warned us”.
