As Act 2 of Arcane Season 2 is out, the Chibi Arcane Survivor Jayce for Teamfight Tactics has been revealed.
Back in 2019, for League of Legends‘ 10th anniversary Riot revealed many projects that were still work in progress at the time. Some of these projects include Valorant, 2XKO, Riot MMO, and for today’s topic Arcane.
Arcane is a Netflix show based on League of Legends. It takes place in the fictional universe of Runeterra. Moreover, the story takes place in the fictional city of Piltover and Zaun. In the story, we see a lot of memorable League of Legends champions like Jinx, Vi, Caitlyn, Ekko, Jayce, Heimerdinger, Viktor, etc.
This show was released back in 2021, and it was a huge success. Currently, it has over 100% critics rating and 96% audience rating at Rotten Tomatoes.
For marketing, Riot did various in-game promotions for Arcane. Some of the promotions were also for Teamfight Tactics as well. The most notable content was the addition of Silco in TFT.
Currently, one thing that Riot adds consistently in TFT is new tacticians or in this case new Chibis. When Arcane Season 1 originally came out, Riot released Chibis for Jinx, Vi, and Ekko. This time, Riot is adding a chibi for a skin that just coming out in League of Legends, Arcane Survivor Jayce.
Currently, Arcane Survivor Jayce was only revealed for the Chinese version of TFT, Fight for the Golden Spatula. But since it is an Arcane-themed skin, we expect this skin will come out to the global version of TFT as well.

Just like every other high-tier chibi skin, the only way to get Chibi Arcane Survivor Jayce is from the loot system. Meaning that you have to do gacha in order to acquire this skin.

This skin is coming out on Fight for the Golden Spatula on 22 November 2024. However, it is still uncertain when we are getting this skin in the global version of the game. Hopefully, we will get this skin soon enough.
