As the 2024 League of Legends World Championship approaches, this year’s Worlds skin has reportedly been leaked.
One of the biggest Esports events of the year, the League of Legends World Championship 2024, is about to begin. Starting Wednesday, September 25, 2024, players will be able to watch their favorite teams from around the world compete for the title of World Champions.
To commemorate such an event, Riot releases special skins called Worlds skins. The skins are released yearly and have been a significant part of League of Legends since 2011. Last year Riot released Worlds 2023 Renekton, which was quite a hit among the players. Like last year, we will also be getting a Worlds skin this year.
That said, despite Worlds being weeks away, this year’s Worlds skin has not been revealed yet. But Riot has teased what champion might be getting the skin. In this article, we will go through all the information and figure out what Worlds skin we will be receiving this year.

Worlds 2024 Skin
There are currently two candidates for Worlds 2024 skin this year.
The first candidate is Lux. Riot has already revealed two new Worlds-themed Emotes called “It’s MINE!” and “AWW YEAH!” for Lux. This led many to speculate that Lux would be receiving a Worlds skin this year.
The next candidate is Viego. In the Worlds 2024 Draw Show, a new artwork of Viego was heavily featured throughout the show. Thus leading to many speculations that Viego might be getting this year’s Worlds skin. There is also a chance that the Ruination skin might be coming back but it is unlikely.
So, in the upcoming weeks, we might see an announcement for either a Lux or Viego Worlds skin.
Release Date
The release date for Worlds 2024 skin has not been revealed yet. But it will likely be coming in Patch 14.19, which is to be released on Wednesday, September 25, 2024.

Similar to all other Worlds skins, the Worlds 2024 Skin will be an Epic skin and cost you 1350 RP.
