Ubisoft has launched a brand-new event titled ‘Assault on Hereford’. Rainbow Six’s HQ Hereford Base is under attack, and Team Rainbow needs to fight this threat known as Keres Legion.
A completely new limited-time event has been released in Rainbow Six Siege after a long time. The new event takes place in a revamped Hereford base, and players will be placed in either Team Rainbow or fight as Keres Legion.
Fans seem to love the lore finally being intertwined with a game mode, and the event also brings new Cosmetic Packs with some tactical bundles.

R6S Assault on Hereford Event
The new event plays out in a reimagined version of Hereford Base, which offers gameplay both inside and outside the building.
Attack on Hereford matches are divided into three phases, and they offer all three game modes, starting from Secure Area in Phase 1, then Plant the objective, and Hostage in Phase 3. Team Rainbow must complete the objective successfully to move on to the next phase.
As Team Rainbow, you will have a limited amount of operators to choose from, and once you die you cannot play that operator again. On the other hand, Keres Legion has unlimited respawns, making it quite difficult to win as Team Rainbow.
New Event Skins
Attack on Hereford brings 5 new bundles, which can be bought for 1680 R6 Credits each. You can also buy collection packs to get a single item from the bundle. Every player will get a free Collection pack if they connect to the game during the event. Just head into the in-game shop and claim your free reward.
Buying all 5 new bundles will unlock a special reward: the limited-time Memento 3D animated weapon skin for Nomad and Iana’s ARX-200.
The Attack on Hereford event will continue till February 19th, so you will not want to miss this exciting new event.
