Ubisoft has just announced a new Rainbow Six Siege limited-time event just in time for the Christmas season.
The new limited-time event called “Snow Brawl” will be the first-ever Rainbow International Snowball Fight. The event trailer has just dropped and it is looking really fun.
Snow Brawl LTM
Snow Brawl is a snow-filled capture the flag game mode, with Respawn. The match starts with flags in the home base of each team. The goal is for players to capture the flag of the opposing team and bring it back to their own base to score a point. Flags can be released by the holder or by taking down the carrier. Fallen flags can be returned to base by picking them up.
Both teams are equipped with unlimited Snowballs as the main weapon in this fight, with the Snowblast Launcher as secondary, ready to push-back. Three hits down a player and sends them to Respawn. Boosts available on the map include: Running speed, Rate of fire, Air jab ammo, Health packs.
The team with the most points at the end wins, and in case of a tie we go into overtime. First to score in Sudden Death wins.
THE COMPETITORS
On the offense we have The Orange Blizzards coming in hot with the Attackers:
Ash gets crafty gift-wrapping a victory; Blackbeard reprises his role as the benevolent Snow Beard; Buck soldiers in to break down the defense; Montagne is everyone’s little helper this season; Osa’s shiny nose will guide this team to victory.
Taking the defensive The Blue Blades bring in some solid Defenders:
Castle really bears down on this snowball fight; Frost is geared up for mischief; Rook blends in with his abominable defense; Thorn is all ears and prowling the snowbanks; Vigil is dealing out punishment and telling you why.
THE COLLECTION
This event brings with it the Snow Brawl Collection, which contains uniforms, headgear, weapon skins, and NEW Operator Card Portraits for the Snow Brawl competitors. Snow Brawl also introduces the Snowflake Bundle with includes a signature weapon skin, a universal attachment skin, charm, and background. All this combined offers a total of 45 items.
The Snow Brawl Collection packs can be obtained completing the special Event Challenges, or by purchasing them for 300 R6 Credits, or 12500 Renown each. The individual bundles may also be bought directly for 1680 R6 Credits each. Finally, one free Collection pack will be gifted to all players who log into the game during the Snow Brawl event.
The new limited-time game mode will start tomorrow and will last for 2 weeks, ending on JANUARY 4TH, 2022.
