Rainbow Six May Major to be held in Charlotte, North Carolina with a live audience

Ubisoft has just announced that the NA May Six Major will be held in Charlotte, North Carolina, USA, and with a live audience.

During the Year 7 reveal panel, Ubisoft confirmed that the upcoming Rainbow Six Siege major will take place somewhere in the USA. But now, we have received official confirmation that the next International Siege event is taking place in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Charlotte Six Major will be the first S-Tier International Siege event since Six Invitational 2020 to allow for a live on-site audience.

“After closely monitoring the evolution of the pandemic over the past months, we are thrilled to announce that the Six Charlotte Major will be open to the public for the Playoffs and the Grand Final, from May 20 to 22!” – stated Ubisoft.

DATES

  • Group Stage: May 16 to 18 – Not open to the public
  • Playoffs: May 20 to 21 – Open to the public
  • Grand Final: May 22 – Open to the public

The top 16 teams across Asia-Pacific, Europe, Latin America, and North America will compete in this tournament for the title, prize money, and points in the Global Standings in the race towards the Six Invitational 2023.
