- Start the game.
- Go to the Social Menu.
- Find the player you want to mute.
- You will see two icons, one chat icon and another speaker icon. So if you want to mute their speaker, click on the speaker icon. And if you want to mute their chats, you can click on the chat icon.
If you follow these steps, you will not see their chats or hear them again if they try to contact you.
But you can also block them if you want to cut off all ties. To block;
