Locations of the Black Serpent Knights
To get the Orbs, players need to find and defeat the Black Serpent Knights in the deeper parts of the Underground Mines in the Chasm. Below we’ve mentioned the locations of the Orbs of the Blue Depths and how to get them.
Buliwyf is in a closed room at the south of the Underground Waterway. You will need to use Geo attacks to break the wall to go inside the room. Defeat him to get the orb.
Use the teleporter to the south of The Chasm: Main Mining Area and head west till you get to the right location to find Edgetho. Defeat Edgetho to obtain the orb.
From the teleporter closest to The Serpent’s Cave, head down a slight drop in a mine full of the oozing mud. You will find Haltaf in the mine of oozing mud. Clear the oozing mud first, defeat him to get the orb.
Teleport to The Glowing Narrows at the bottom of The Chasm: Underground Mines map. Use the exploding Geo mushrooms to create an entrance to Herger’s location. Defeat Herger to obtain the third orb.
Hyglacg is in the ruins south of the Underground Waterway. You will need to go through the ruins and find him in an open area within it.
Rethel can be found after a drop west of The Glowing Narrows. He can be seen staring at a lumenstone. Defeat him to get the orb.
At the very south of the camp, there are exploding Geo mushrooms. Activate them to blast open the wall so you can jump down. Roneth is at the bottom of the cave.
Serkir is in a small area next to the Nameless Ruins. He is in the rocky area, far from the oozing mud. Fight him to get the orb of the blue depth.
Skeld is in a closed cave just across from the teleporter in the Ad Hoc Main Tunnel. Open the gate, and you will be able to fight Skeld, but make sure to clear the oozing mud that will fall from the ceiling. Then, defeat him to get the final orb.
Please note that The Miner’s Key is required to be able to go inside the cave where Skeld is located. You can find it in some gears in the small path to the Serpent’s Cave.
How to use Orb of the Blue Depths?
After defeating all the Black Serpent Knight bosses and collecting all the orbs, travel to the teleport at the Nameless Ruins and head south. You need to follow the path of the large tree root throughout the area by accessing the upper room in the upside-down city. If you finish the Archon Quest, you can unlock the teleporter of the upside-down town and teleport directly.
Go to the area’s right side and follow the giant tree root until you locate a keyhole mechanism that requires the orbs to unlock a gate.
Unlock the gate with the orbs to access a room where you can find a few chests and a Mysterious Letter, which will unlock the achievement, Crede Tenebrae.
