How to Access the Hunt Board
Hold your horses; you cannot just take on these quests. There is a way we do these things around here. First, head to the Mess of Hideaway. There, you will meet Nektar, a Moogle. Now, this “Nektar” guy will provide you with all the details of the active Notorious Marks. However, there is a catch.
Nektar will indeed give you the location for the Marks, but the map will not point it out. Typical Final Fantasy things, I would say. You have to Marko Polo your way out there. To ease that a bit, let me give you all the details to the Notorious Marks in Final Fantasy 16.
