FJX Imperium is the newest Sniper Rifle joining the weapon pool of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Here’s how to unlock it in Season 3.

Infinity Ward has been crushing it with content drops spread across multiple live service titles like Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2. To help with player retention, the developers try to spice things up with each new update by releasing new maps, and weapons, balancing changes, etc.

The Call of Duty community is always excited about new weapon releases. And to everyone’s surprise, Infinity Ward is adding a new weapon to MW2 and Warzone 2.0’s weapon pool. A new FJX Imperium Sniper Rifle will arrive on both Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 with the Season 3 update.

The Intervention is making its grand return to MW2. Repacked as the FJX Imperium, the new sniper rifle is set to be the highlighted weapon of Season 3. The bolt action sniper rifle is famous for its excellent damage profile and versatility. Recently, FaZe Dirty was invited to IW’s studio, where the streamer was allowed to test the new map and weapon.

How to Unlock FJX Imperium Sniper Rifle

In Multiplayer (MW2):

  • Complete Sector B11 of the Season 3 Battle Pass.

In Warzone 2.0:

  • Complete Sector B11 of the Season 3 Battle Pass.

The fastest way to unlock battle pass sectors is by earning battle pass tokens. Battle pass tokens are provided to players based on the time spent in-game. After collecting an adequate number of Battle pass tokens, players can use them to make their way up to the desired Sector in no time.

FJX Imperium Sniper Rifle Release Date

According to Infinity Ward, the Sniper Rifle will be available in-game for players, with the Season 3 update coming out on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/4 pm UK.
