Carrack .300 is the newest Sniper Rifle joining the weapon pool of Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0. Here’s how to unlock it in Season 5.
Infinity Ward has been crushing it with content drops across multiple live service titles like Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare 2. Towards the end of the game’s lifecycle, the developers try to spice things up with each new update by releasing new maps, weapons, balancing changes, etc.
The Call of Duty community is always excited about new weapon releases. And to everyone’s surprise, Infinity Ward is adding an iconic Sniper Rifle to MW2 and Warzone 2.0’s weapon pool. A new Carrack .300 will arrive on Warzone and Modern Warfare 2 with the Season 5 update.
The Carrack .300 is a true Sniper Rifle with a semi-automatic bullpup design. Being effective even at the longest ranges, the Sniper requires a player who can take a deep breath, keep calm under pressure, and line up a shot to the head or upper chest.

How to Unlock the Carrack .300
The Carrack .300 is a semi-auto bullpup sniper rifle that features an exceptionally high fire rate and a unique design for best-in-class handling and stability when on the move. This Sniper rifle may not be the first choice for certain playstyles, but for those wanting a semi-automatic fire rate over longer ranges, this is well worth taking into Al Mazrah once Season 5 launches.
In Multiplayer (MW2):
- Complete Sector D11 of the Season 5 Battle Pass.
In Warzone 2.0:
- Complete Sector D11 of the Season 5 Battle Pass.
The fastest way to unlock battle pass sectors is by earning battle pass tokens. Battle pass tokens are provided to players based on the time spent in-game. After collecting adequate Battle pass tokens, players can use them to make their way up to the desired Sector in no time.
Carrack .300 Release Date
According to Infinity Ward, the Sniper Rifle will be available in-game for players, with the Season 5 update coming out on Wednesday, August 2, 2023, at 9 AM PT/12 PM ET/4 pm UK.
