We are finally getting some new Marvel Rival skins for Thor and Hawkeye in Marvel Rivals. Here is everything you need to know.
Marvel Rivals is releasing skins on a weekly schedule. With the Moon Knight and Black Panther skins coming this week, we thought the reveals were over, but that is not the case. To everyone’s surprise, Marvel Rivals is giving us the long-awaited Ronin skin for Hawkeye and the Runeking skin variant for Thor. The release date of these skins isn’t specified yet by leakers but should be after 28 March.
Hawkeye ‘Ronin’ Skin
The new skin illustratively and comically accurately depicts Hawkeye’s Ronin outfit. The yellow and green-focused design with the black base is inspired by classic Japanese Ronin outfits depicted in pop culture. To put icing on the cake, Hawkeye’s face is covered with an oni mask.

Thor ‘Runeking’ Skin
Looks like the theme of the skins releasing this time is around masking the heroes and making them more menacing than ever. Thor’s new skin is the iteration of his arc as the Runeking. This time he is getting an armor overhaul and a red mane that is just perfect.

Due to these skins being legendary, you can also expect new sounds and animations when using in-game skills. Unfortunately, there aren’t any new dialogue options with new skins, but that might change in the future.
