Riot is set to deploy LoL Patch 14.7 in the first week of April.
After a pretty significant Patch 14.6 for League of Legends, Riot is moving on to the next update. Patch 14.6 had big changes to a bunch of items, Galio, and more. Makes a lot of sense, given how Riot has been making changes so far.
As we look forward to Patch 14.7, Riot has been busy at work. We will finally be getting the new Skarner while also getting more balance changes. While a lot of it is still unclear, some details have already come out of PBE. Lastly, the new April Fools skins are coming in this patch as well.
Here is all we know so far about Patch 14.7.

Release Date
League of Legends Patch 14.7 is expected to be released on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.

With all of that said, Patch 14.7 is shaping up to be a relatively big patch, particularly since Skarner is getting revamped. Here is all we know so far.

Skarner VGU
While we have seen the information Riot has released for Skarner, he is still undergoing many balance changes. So, this section will be completed after Riot has finalized PBE details on Skarner.
Champion Buffs
Here is the list of buffs Riot is giving to champions.
Galio
Riot is continuing to buff Galio, as there are some AP ratio buffs coming. Riot’s clarification for the buffs is to make him last longer in fights and be stronger in the mid-lane.
- Passive – Colossal Smash:
- Damage: 15 – 200 (based on level)(+ 100% AD)(+ 40% AP)(+ 60% bonus Magic Resistance) >>> 15 – 200 (based on level)(+ 100% AD)(+ 45% AP)(+ 60% bonus Magic Resistance).
- W – Shield of Durand:
- Magic Damage Reduction: 20/25/30/35/40% (+ 4% per 100 AP)(+ 8% per 100 bonus Magic Resistance)(+ 1% per 100 Bonus Health) >>> 25/30/35/40/45% (+ 4% per 100 AP)(+ 8% per 100 bonus Magic Resistance)(+ 1% per 100 Bonus Health).
- E – Justice Punch:
- Damage: 75/115/155/195/235 (+ 90% AP) >>> 90/130/170/210/250 (+ 90% AP).
Karma
Riot is introducing Karma’s utility by giving her more shields and better crowd control.
- W – Focused Resolve:
- Root Duration: 1.4/1.65/1.7/1.85/2 seconds >>> 1.6/1.7/1.8/1.9/2 seconds.
- R + E – Defiance:
- Secondary Shields: 30% of Shield Value >>> 90% of Bonus Shield Value.
Kayn
The AD Ratio to his Q – Reaping Slash is increasing slightly to affect both base Kayn and the Assassin form, not Darkin.
- Q – Reaping Slash:
- Damage: 75/95/115/135/155 (+ 80% Bonus AD) >>> 75/95/115/135/155 (+ 85% Bonus AD).
Lux
Some buffs are being given to Lux to empower her status as a mid-laner.
- Passive – Illumination:
- Damage: 30 – 200 (based on level)(+ 25% AP) >>> 30 – 200 (based on level)(+ 30% AP).
- Q – Light Binding
- Damage: 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 60% AP) >>> 80/120/160/200/240 (+ 65% AP).
Nasus
Riot is giving Nasus a lifesteal and damage buff. Not sure how I feel about it.
- Passive – Soul Eater:
- Lifesteal: 11/16/21% (level 1/7/13) >>> 12/18/24% (level 1/7/13).
- Q – Siphoning Strike:
- Damage: 30/50/70/90/110 (+ Siphoning Strike Stacks) >>> 4/60/80/90/120 (+ Siphoning Strike Stacks).
Olaf
- Q – Undertow:
- Monster Damage: 0 >>> 5/10/15/20/25.
- W – Tough It Out:
- Duration: 4 seconds >>> 5 seconds.
- Mana Cost: 30 >>> 50.
- E – Reckless Swing:
- Cooldown Refund: 1 second >>> 1 second normally, 2 seconds for Monsters.
- R – Ragnarok:
- Mana Cost: 0 >>> 100.
Smolder
After all those nerfs for Smolder, Riot is giving back a little in terms of sustain and damage amplifier at peaks.
- Base Stats:
- Armor: 24 >>> 26.
- Q – Super Scorcher Breath:
- Increased Damage Based On Critical Strike Chance: 0 – 30% >>> 0 – 50%.
Sylas
Riot is giving Jungle Sylas a little love.
- Q – Chain Lash:
- Minion and Monster Damage: 40% for both >>> 40% for minions, 70% for monsters.
Champion Nerfs
Nerfs are being given to the following champions.
Fiora
Her base AD is taking a hit, something that might not seem a lot but it is pretty significant.
- Base Stats:
- Attack Damage: 68 >>> 65.
Rek’Sai
Top Lane has been too good for the refurbished Rek’Sai, so Riot is taking big hits at it.
- Passive – Fury of the Xer’Sai:
- Fury Gain From Minions: 50% >>> 20%.
- Healing: 12 – 20% (based on level) >>> 10 – 20% (based on level).
Rell
Rell Jungle has been a staple for so long in Pro Play that they are removing all of the monster mods from her Passive and reducing her defenses a little.
- All Monster Mods Removed
- Passive – Break The Mold:
- Magic Resistance: 30 + 1.85 >>> 30 + 2.05.
Volibear
One of the strongest champions in Pro Play and Solo Queue is getting some nerfs.
- Q – Thundering Smash:
- Critical Damage is based on Total AD instead of total ability damage.
- R – Stormbringer:
- Cooldown: 140/120/100 seconds >>> 160/135/110 seconds.
Champion Adjustments
Riot is giving these champions an adjustment.
Camille
Top Camille has not been strong for a while as Support Camille took more of the limelight. Now, her damage and strengths is being shifted around to make Top better than Support.
- Q – Precision Protocol:
- Movement Speed After First Activation: 30/32.5/35/37.5/40% >>> 30/35/40/45/50%.
- Cooldown: 9/8.25/7.5/6.75/6 seconds >>> 9/8/7/6/5 seconds.
- W – Tactical Sweep:
- Outer Cone Damage: 5/5.5/6/6.5/7% (+ 2.5% per 100 Bonus AD) of target’s Maximum Health >>> 6/6.5/7/7.5/8% (+ 2.5% per 100 Bonus AD) of target’s Maximum Health
- E – Hookshot:
- Damage: 80/110/140/170/200 (+ 90% Bonus AD) >>> 60/90/120/150/180 (+ 90% Bonus AD).
Nami
Riot is shifting Nami’s numbers by reducing damage to adding utility.
- W – Ebb and Flow:
- Damage: 60/100/140/180/220 (+ 55% AP) >>> 60/95/130/165/200 (+ 50% AP).
- Healing: 55/75/95/115/135% (+ 25% AP) >>> 55/80/105/130/155% (+ 40% AP).

- E – Tidecaller’s Blessing:

Riot is changing what items are recommended for Nunu & Willump.
Sona
Like Nami’s changes, Sona’s ones are the same, trading damage for utility.
- Q – Hymn of Valor:
- Melody Bonus Damage Amp: 40% >>> 50%.
- Melody Bonus Damage: 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 20% AP) >>> 10/15/20/25/30 (+ 10% AP).
- W – Aria of Perseverance:
- Healing: 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 15% AP) >>> 30/45/60/75/90 (+ 30% AP)
- E – Song of Clarity:
- Melody Bonus Movement Speed: 10/11/12/13/14% (+ 2% per 100 AP) >>> 10/12/14/16/18% (+ 2% per 100 AP).
Items Nerfs
Bloodsong
Riot is finally nerfing Bloodsong, and that will take out a lot of those unique AD supports that have popped up.
- Unique Passive – Spellblade:
- Damage: 150% base AD >>> 100% base AD.
Imperial Mandate
Another Support Item is getting nerfed as this one is doing a little too much damage.
- Unique Passive – Coordinated Fire:
- Marked Enemies Damage: 12% of the target’s Current Health >>> 10% of the target’s Current Health.
Statikk Shiv
This item has been too cheap as a first buy of ADCs, so Riot is increasing the price.
- Cost: 2700 Gold >>> 2900 Gold.
Zaz’Zak’s Realmspike
The Damage potential of Zaz’Zak is too strong, so both the damage numbers are decreasing, and the cooldown is increasing.
- Unique Passive – Void Explosion:
- Damage: 20 (+ 20% AP)(+ 4% of each target’s Maximum Health) >>> 10 (+ 20% AP)(+ 3% of each target’s Maximum Health).
- Cooldown: 8/7/6 seconds >>> 10 seconds.
