Riot Games and Xbox are coming together to bring League of Legends and Riot’s other successful titles for Game Pass members.
Riot Games announced today during the Xbox and Bethesda Showcase that they will bring all of their biggest hits to Xbox Game Pass. As a result, two of the biggest gaming communities will be on one platform. Not only PC games like League of Legends or VALORANT but Riot’s mobile game Wild Rift will also be included in the game pass.
Riot Games is one of the most successful gaming companies in the world. League of Legends alone has the biggest following when it comes to MOBA games. This deal will be beneficial for both companies and players as well. The games that will be included in the game pass are League of Legends, League of Legends: Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, Teamfight Tactics, and VALORANT.
Though all these games are free to play, Xbox pass holders will get special bonuses. Every game will have a set of gifts for game pass members. But players will get something extraordinary in League of Legends.
League of Legends on Xbox Game Pass
Xbox has announced that game pass members will be able to play League of Legends, and they will have all 160+ champions unlocked from the get-go. Also, players will get day-one access to every new champion released.
Veteran League of Legends players know how hard it is to unlock all the champions. It can take 2-3 years to buy every champion without spending money. But to have all the champions available from the beginning is a huge deal. Players can try out all the champions and find out which ones they like.
Though there is no definite date for when the games will be available on the game pass, it shouldn’t take more than a couple of months.
