All Boss Fights in Kena: Bridge of Spirits
Here’s our take on how to defeat all 16 bosses in Kena: Bridge of Spirits.
Sprout

Sprout will be the first of all the boss fights in Kena: Bridge of Spirits you will face. He is one of the weakest bosses in the game, so it is reasonably easy to defeat him.
Just use your rots to stun him and then try to damage him. The fight is pretty straightforward. All you have to do is counter or shake, then hurt him.
Kappa

After heading to Rusu Mountain, you will enter a dark cave leading to the second boss in the game. Unlike your previous boss, the fight with Kappa will keep you at a distance since players will still have no access to their spirit bow.
The best way to fight this boss is by gaining courage by fighting smaller enemies and using your rot to stun Kappa. Once stunned, players will now be able to get close to him and deal damage.
Repeat it a few times, and the fight will be over soon. You are still in the game’s early stages, so fighting this boss is still relatively easy.
Wood Knight

Beyond this point, the bosses in the game will become tougher to defeat. As you head to Rusu’s house after acquiring the spirit bow, you must face the Wood Knight to get a piece of Taro’s memories.
The Wood Knight has a massive wooden shield that it uses to charge at you. Moreover, the monster will even throw the shield in your direction sometimes.
To finish this boss fight, build Courage by dodging when it charges at you or parrying it and waiting for a window of opportunity to stun it.
Use your rots to stun it and damage it using your spirit bow. Make sure you hit on the orange crystals in his body. Repeat this a couple of times, and you will quickly finish him.
Sprout Captain

After you clear all the shrines, you will finally open the Guardian Tree, triggering the 4th boss in Kena: Bridge of Spirits.
As the name suggests, this boss is like Sprout but is more substantial and has two swords instead of one.
Sprout King is pretty tough to deal with due to his fury attacks, which can easily take up your health. Make sure to dodge, but using parry in this fight is the most effective as it allows you to attack him and gain courage.
After you gain courage, make sure to use your rots and shoot at the orange crystals on him.
Mage

Mage comes just after you defeat Sprout Captain. You will encounter her at the entrance of Lantern Cavern, where you head just after Guardian Tree.
She has a few attacks, which can be annoying to deal with at times. The mage can also heal itself, but you can easily counter this with abilities like Rot Hammer or Rot Infused Arrow attack.
You have to make sure you hit her after you stun her and not let her heal herself.
Shrine Guardian

The Shrine Guardian can be one of the most challenging bosses in the game. You must be on your toes to defeat it because parrying him can be very tough. Hence players will always have to be on the run.
Saying all of this, you can damage him like you did Wood Knight. Stun him with your rots and hit him in the orange crystals. You will also be able to use rots and pulse to destroy Deadzone Heart inside it.
Corrupt Taro

With this boss, you will finally get to set Beni and Saiya’s brother free. However, before you make his spirit accessible, you will have to defeat him.
This fight has two stages, one where he fights with a sword and then where Corrupt Taro uses his claws.
One of the most challenging parts of this boss stage is when Taro moves towards you to grab you. So, be sure to dodge it since this attack cannot be blocked or parried.
Damage him when you can, and make sure you take time during this fight since it will not be easy.
Vine Knight

Like the Wood Knight you defeated initially, Vine Knight has a similar look apart from his deadly vines. He can protect himself with his large shield and damage you using his long vines.
Make sure to gather courage, then stun him and hit him using your bow on the orange crystals. Keep repeating this a few times, and he will be good as gone.
Stone Guardian

Stone Guardian is like the Shrine Guardian but more vital due to small minions that keep coming no matter how many you kill.
What’s more, you cannot damage him directly due to his strong outer shell. So use your newly attained ability of spirit bomb to which will cause it to reveal its orange crystals.
Hit these with your bow to damage and make him weak. Keep repeating this until he falls and use your rot to target the deadzone and do massive damage.
Rot Eater

At this point, you are already used to boss fights in Kena: Bridge of spirits. The 10th boss in the game is Rot Eater, which you will encounter in the Village Heart cave. Rot Eater is not the most difficult boss to beat in the game.
It summons small enemies and shoots an arrow when it is red. Avoid getting damage from this arrow and do what you have been doing for the last nine bosses, and it will be easy as a walk in the park.
Corrupt Woodsmith

The Woodsmith Boss fight can be impossible to fight if you do not use your spirit bombs well. These will make him vulnerable for a while, open up the monolith, and you can use that window to hit him in his heart.
At half its health, the Woodsmith the monolith will be destroyed, and it will be like the other bosses. The Woodsmith will show fireballs at you, and you will have to jump over shockwaves. Take your time with this fight and damage him while you can, and it will be over soon.
Mask Maker

Mask Maker is one of the only bosses who can teleport, so it is challenging to land attacks on him without missing.
You should also stray clear from his sword attacks which come from everywhere. Instead, you can save up courage and use Rots to interrupt him and deal damage while he is stunned.
Hunter Boss

The hunter is one of the most dangerous bosses to go against in Kena: Bridge of Spirits. She stays in the air almost all the time and shoots arrows while dodging your arrows unless you aim them perfectly.
Hunter will fall down after players have done enough damage to her for some time. This is where you should make your move and do as much damage as possible. Repeat dodging her attacks and keep shooting arrows until they hit her, and she will eventually die.
Warrior boss

If you have played Sekiro, this one will surely make you feel nostalgic. Warrior will attack you with his glowing glaive, which he will use differently at different times.
Moreover, he will sometimes perform a fast attack or slow so that you cannot get accustomed to his fighting style. Avoid taking damage, especially from his unblockable attacks.
Instead, wait for your chance and damage him when you see the window of opportunity. Afterall, patience is the key to winning the last few boss battles in this game.
Corrupt Toshi

After you finish fighting Warrior and Mas Maker, it’s time to face Toshi, the village leader. Toshi uses his staff to send out a shockwave which you must dodge using your spirit dash, or it can decrease your health by a lot.
He also uses his sword to unleash big combos of sweeping fire attacks. So, you must master parrying at this point or dodge all of their attacks. Toshi uses attacks similar to the last three bosses, so keep out for a pattern.
Lasltly, you should keep the Spirit Bomb Rot-infused ability in their arsenal as this could be very useful against him.
Corrupt Rot God

Corrupt Rot God is the final boss in Kena: Bridge of Spirits. There are three phases of this fight, and each demands you to play differently.
In the first two stages, you should focus on targeting the body of Rot God. In the final stage, players should concentrate on damaging Corrupt Rod God’s back using the Rots you gathered in the first two stages when it rears up.
Lastlu, use your spirit dash to avoid its attacks and take time while fighting this boss, as patience is critical to winning this fight.
