Genshin Impact v2.5 Special Program Livestream will premiere on February 4th. The Twitch Livestream will show off new details about the upcoming Genshin Impact v2.5 update. We will officially learn about the new banners, events, and more. After the Livestream, there is also a concert, so the hype is higher than usual.
That’s all fine, but some players believe that Mihoyo will also announce a Genshin Impact Anime Series during the Livestream. These speculations come after Crunchyroll recently promoted the Genshin Impact v2.5 Livestream. Zack Aguilar, the English VA of Aether, also retweeted Crunchyroll’s Twitter post about the Livestream.
That’s not all, as a few days ago, users flooded the Genshin_Impact_Leaks subreddit with screenshots from a supposed Genshin Impact Anime. Many people believed that these screenshots were original and not just some fanart. The art style from the leaked screenshot was similar to the Honkai Impact 3rd’s “Cooking with Valkyries” short anime series.
So, it would not be surprising if Mihoyo had already made preparations for a Genshin Impact anime and planned to announce it during the Genshin Impact v2.5 Livestream.
