A recent Genshin Impact leak has revealed Yelan’s possible abilities, constellations, passive talents, and more.
Yelan is the newly announced 5* Genshin Impact character. She is a Hydro Bow user and works for the Liyue Ministry of Civil Affairs. The official Genshin Impact Twitter account announced Yelan, along with another character Shinobu on March 28.
Although we got an official look at Yelan, we know next to nothing about her kit. But a recent Genshin Impact leak supposedly detailed Yelan’s kit. Below you will find leaked details about Yelan’s Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, Constellations, Talents & More.

Genshin Impact 2.7 Yelan Kit Leak:
The original leak supposedly comes from a Chinese Genshin Impact leaker. The post has been translated to English, so some words might be hard to understand.
When Yelan is off-field for more than 5 seconds, she obtains a stack. This stack reduces Yelan’s charged shot time by 80% and deals AOE Hydro damage.
Elemental Skill:
Yelan’s Elemental Skill is apparently a dash of some sort. Short hold is a short dash, while a long hold will make Yelan do a long dash. Each enemy hit by this ability grants Yelan one stack. The translation difficulties make it hard to know the name of the stack.
The max number of stacks Yelan can have are 4.
Elemental Burst:
Yelan summons something similar to Xingqiu’s Rain Swords. The damage scales based on Yelan’s HP. The cooldown is 10 seconds with an Energy Cost of 70.
Constellations:
C1: Elemental Skill has one more charge.
C2: Yelan’s Elemental Burst summon will shoot one extra projectile, dealing 20% of HP as hydro damage. Can occur once every 3 seconds.
C3: Increases Yelan’s Elemental Burst Level by 3.
C4: Using Elemental Burst tags one enemy for a duration and deals 10/25/40% increased damage to the marked enemy.
C5: Increases Yelan’s Elemental Skill Level by 3.
C6: After casting Elemental Burst, Yelan’s Charged shots do not require any charge time. The attack speed stays the same as normal attacks and counts as charged attacks. Deals 130% damage of normal charged shots and disables after using 6 times or 20s.
Passive Talents:
Talent 1: When the party contains 1/2/3/4 Elemental Types respectively Yelan’s HP is increased by 6/12/18/30%.
Talent 2: After Yelan cast’s her Elemental Burst, the on-field character’s damage will increase by 1%, This damage buff will increase by 3.5% every second, max 50%.
