Mihoyo recently changed the description of Raiden’s C2 constellation after Chinese players noticed it was not accurate.
Raiden Shogun is the latest 5* playable character in Genshin Impact. She is an Electro Polearm user and categorized as support by Mihoyo. Raiden was released in the event banner with the release of the Genshin Impact v2.1 update.
Since her release, Mihoyo changed the description of her Constellation 6 saying there was a mistake. The whole Genshin Impact player base also got 100 Primogems each as compensation. But it looks like we are once again we are getting compensation because her C2 constellation was also not working properly.

Raiden’s C2 Constellation Description Change:
Recently Genshin Impact Chinese player base noticed that Raiden’s C2 Elemental Burst affected all of her attacks including damage from her E skill. Soon after that, Mihoyo released an update announcing that the description will be changed in an upcoming update.
The statement talks about an issue with the description of Raiden’s C2 description. The actual effects are working as intended in-game right now. The description change will take place in an update coming on September 9th, 2021.
Mihoyo will also issue 100 Primogem compensation to all Genshin Impact players in the future. The date when this compensation will roll out has not been revealed yet.
