Genshin Impact players recently voiced their dissatisfaction with the new “Paimon’s Chocolate Factory” web event.

Genshin Impact v2.5 update is coming in a few days. The new update will bring the new 5* Electro Catalyst character Yae Miko, followed by Raiden Shogun, and Kokomi rerun. There will also be some new events, including the Of Drink A-Dreaming, Divine Ingenuity, Three Realms Gateway Offering, etc.

But to keep the player base busy, Mihoyo released a Genshin Impact web event called “Paimon’s Chocolate Factory”. In this event, travelers have to work together with Paimon to make delicious chocolates.

Why players are angry?

The new Paimons Chocolate Factory web event has a tricky way of participating. For example, Genshin players will need to scan a QR code with their mobile devices. Furthermore, it requires a Facebook login. There is no way for PC and console users to participate in this event.

The Genshin Impact Facebook page shared a link with the announcement of the web event, but it only takes you to the QR code scan page.

The gameplay of the web event is just zigsaw puzzles, so many players find it very dull. Some Genshin players are even calling it the most boring web event in the history of Genshin Impact.

All of these inconveniences combined are making the player base agitated and unwilling to participate. Also, there are no Primogem rewards, so the incentive to participate is even lower.
