hgx_diluc on Twitter shared info about the v3.8 first-phase weapon banner. According to the leak, the weapon banner will have the following rate-up weapons.
5 Star Weapons:
- Lost Praver to the Sacred Winds
- Song of Broken Pines
4 Star Weapons:
- The Alley Flash
- Favonious Lance
- Mitternachts Waltz
- Eye of Perception
- Rainslasher
Thanks to these weapon banners, we can also deduce the characters that might be in the weapon banners. We can deduce that Eula will be one of the characters. The other 5-star character might be Klee.
