Diablo 4 launch is riddled with many different problems. Unable To Find A Valid License is one of them. This error is also known as error code 315306. Here we will show you how to fix this error in the game.

Diablo 4 is the next mainline Diablo game after Diablo 3. Since the break between Diablo 3 and 4 is 11 years, this game has the task of bringing back old players and attracting new players to the game. Even though the review of the game has been pretty good, the launch of the game has not gotten so smooth.

A game of Diablo’s size will have a few bugs and errors at launch. Developing and play testing in-house does not consider the game’s performance when millions of players are trying to log in and play the game. So there is bound to be some problem.

Blizzard has tested their servers in different closed beta. And the launch of Diablo 4 is one of the better launches Blizzard has had in recent times. However, that doesn’t mean it has gone flawlessly. There are still some issues that need to be fixed. Here in this article, we will tell you how to fix the Unable to Find a Valid License error in the game.

Unable to Find a Valid License Fix in Diablo 4

You can apply only one solution to the Unable to Find a Valid License (Error code 315306) error. That is, by applying the update Blizzard has put out. This error is strictly a server side problem. So there is little for the client side, aka the consumers to do. Fortunately, Blizzard has acknowledged the problem and put the update out already. So updating will fix the problem.

But in classic Blizzard fashion, the update is pretty hidden as it is not a game update itself. Rather, this is a update to the Battle.net client. Thus, you need to update this client. Follow this instruction to update the client:

  • Open Battle.net application.
  • On the top left of the screen, click on the Battle.net logo.
  • There you will find the Restart and Update option.
  • Click on the option to update the client.

This should fix the problem of Error code 315306. If after that, it doesn’t fix the problem, you can create a support ticket on Blizzard’s support website. Then all you can do is wait until Blizzard fixes the problem themselves.
