Churchill, the Bulldog is the first companion you can get at the very beginning. Outside of Prilladog Food Factory, rescue him from some wild dogs attacking him, and a Factory Guard will come out to talk to you, after which you can recruit Churchill.

You can recruit Archie easily after completing the main story quest, “Lands of the Seraph”. You will be able to cross the Thames River and talk to Archie to recruit him as your companion.

Keira

Keira is another easy companion to get. You can do it just by progressing through the main story quest, “Heavenslayer quest”. A part of this quest takes you to the Bank of England to take care of some enemies. Doing so, you will end up in the vault at one point where you can find and recruit Keira to join you.

John Smith

Recruiting John Smith as your companion is tied to the faction you choose in the game. If you choose to stick to the 5th Column, you can invite John Smith to join you later in the game.

Pendragon

Pendragon is also tied to faction allegiance. If you choose Camelot instead of the 5th Column, you can invite Pendragon to join you instead of John Smith. Thus you cannot recruit both of them in one playthrough.

Arthur Mountbatten

Arthur Mountbatten is one of the best and most fun companions to be at your side. Although, Arthur can be easily missed since he is not tied to many quests. Head to the north-east corner of the map towards Hackney Checkpoint. Here, you will find a well-dressed Arthur hanging from a tree. Rescue him and you can ask him to join you in your adventures.

Mad Jack

To recruit Mad Jack as a companion, you need to fight him and beat him in a ‘boxing’ match. At Trafalgar, head to The Pilgrim pub, speak to the manager, and talk about the fights. The manager will then set up a fight between you and Mad Jack. Wait for the introductions, and then start the match. You have to beat him or withstand him for 60 seconds.

They are all the companions you can befriend and recruit in Fallout: London. Don’t go out in the wastelands alone.
