As good as it is as a casual game, is there a ranked mode for The Finals?
The Finals have landed and Embark Studios have made a gem of a game. It is an amazing combination of skillful plays and randomness with added gimmicks in the mix. It also found its niche in the middle of fierce competitors like CoD, VALORANT, and Counter-Strike 2, where the arena shooter is a fresh idea they successfully modernized.
Even though the game looks to be a bit more casual, some people will approach the game competitively. It gets frustrating when people just want to relax after a long day and they have to compete with aspiring pros. So, do The Finals have a ranked mode for them?

Can You Play Ranked Mode in The Finals?
There is an existing ranked mode in The Finals. You will need to unlock it by playing a total of 50 rounds. Ranked is slightly different from casual, with some modified rules and added random events to make it even more hectic. It can be accessed via the tournament tab where there are two variants, a normal and a ranked tournament mode.

You can get your hands warmed up with the game mode and the intensity with the tournament mode. It’s a lower-stakes version where you will be slowly introduced to the competitive aspect of the game. You and your opponents will fight it out in multiple qualifying rounds to qualify for the final round, where the first to reach the cash goal wins.
The Finals Rank Ladder
When you unlock the ranked tournament mode, you will be fighting against multiple teams to earn Fame Points (FP). These are the basic ranking points that you will be grinding to get to the top. There are 4 Divisions in each rank as well. They range from:
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
- Diamond
