Having said that, since Diablo 4 is an RPG, becoming stronger involves leveling up your character. And if you cannot spare hundreds of hours grinding for XP, then we’ve got some tips for you on the best ways to reach Level 100 in the fastest ways possible.

Best Ways to Reach Level 100 Fast in Diablo 4

Below are all the fastest ways you can reach Level 100 in Diablo 4:

1. Progress the Main Story

We know how easy it is to get side-tracked from the main story when playing RPGs. After all, we want to explore as much of the world as possible, clear as many dungeons the game has to offer, and loot as many treasures as there are to find.

However, you will find it exceedingly difficult to level up if you keep completely ignoring the main story for all that grinding. In fact, progressing the main story in Diablo 4 is necessary to be introduced to some of the game’s core mechanics and map areas.

2. Kill on Sight

This one is a little obvious, but the fastest way to gain XP is to kill every demon you encounter. Sure, the game features a LOT of them, with taking down similar hordes of enemies feeling downright repetitive sometimes.

But that’s one of the key aspects of this game, so there’s no point in sparing a few demons here and there just to save time. Moreover, some enemy mobs yield a great deal of XP when you defeat them. So we recommend killing every enemy on sight if you’re trying to level up quickly.

3. Complete Side Quests and Local Events

As with the main story, doing Side Quests are also a great and efficient way of earning XP rewards. On top of being efficient, you’ll also feel less bored doing them than opting for the typical XP farming methods.

Moreover, doing zone events and local events are also crucial for leveling up quickly. You can find these events inside areas highlighted with an orange circle.

4. Activate All Obelisks

Throughout the course of your journey across Sanctuary, you will come across various ancient Obelisks inside shrines and dungeons. Activating them requires standing on a pressure plate for 2 minutes while hordes of monsters attack you and try to get you off of it.

Although challenging, activating the Obelisks grants special stat boosts and XP rewards you can’t afford to miss. You will find a total of 7 Obelisks around Sanctuary to activate. So, we recommend tracking down and activating all of them.

5. Play Co-Op with Friends

Diablo 4 is among the few modern-day RPGs encouraging players to experience the journey with friends. From maps to dungeons and battles, the game is designed to be enjoyed fully when played with friends.

And the game rewards you for playing its co-op mode by granting a 10% XP bonus when you form a party with other players and a 5% XP bonus when you’re in close proximity to another player in the open world.

6. Clear Strongholds and Dungeons

This one is a given since clearing out enemy strongholds and dungeons yields a great deal of XP rewards. You can find several strongholds across Sanctuary’s open world, which will be denoted with a red skull marker. Moreover, clearing out an enemy stronghold will also grant 100 Renown, making them one of the best ways to level up quickly in Diablo 4.
