In the second chapter of Cyberpunk 2077, you will overhear Johnny Silverhand mentioning that there are 20 graffiti pieces through Night City, and by doing the “Fool On The Hill” job, you will be able to find all the tarot cards.

After you have finished collecting all 20 of them, speak to Misty to finalize the “Fool On The Hill” quest, and you will receive a Dreamcatcher. Moreover, you will also unlock the “The Wandering Fool” achievement.
Final Two Tarot Cards in Cyberpunk 2077
You can find two more Tarot Cards: Judgement and The Devil.
These two cannot be found during the playthrough of our story. In addition, they are locked behind a specific ending. Therefore, it’s impossible to get both of them.
- Judgement: Following the rogue’s ending, you will find it on a pillar after fighting Adam Smasher.
- The Devil: Accepting Hanako Arasaka’s offer, you will find it inside the Rubik’s Cube.
