We will get Chasca’s Banner in 5.2 first phase. But how good is Chasca’s Kit? Is she worth pulling? Read the following to find out!
Anemo DPS’s always have a place in the meta in Genshin Impact. There haven’t been any groundbreaking Anemo DPS like Neuvillette or Arlecchino. But there are solid options like Xiao and Wanderer who can easily tackle any obstacle in the game at ease. This might change with the release of Chasca.
Hoyoverse officially revealed that she is joining the cast when version 5.2 drops. The latest leaks from the final beta testers claim that she is close to the top DPSs at C0 but as her constellations grow she becomes close to overtaking the throne and a serious contender at C6.
Let’s take a look at Chasca’s Kit to get an overview of whether you should consider pulling for her or not! Also, keep in mind all of this info can be subject to change.
Chasca Kit Explained

The primary source of Chasca’s damage doesn’t come from her normal attacks. She performs 4 consecutive shots and a charged Anemo arrow when you hold aim. This is similar to how Venti’s normal attacks work.
Elemental Skill
Similar to other Natlan characters, the key part of her Chasca’s kit is her elemental skill. It allows her to ride her gun (yes a gun!) and will allow her to select 6 infused elements shots with extremely high damage multipliers. This skill will also allow her to fly and is significantly better than Wanderers.
Her A1 and A4 passive significantly increases the damage provided. The more elements you match up the better. The skill also scales with ATK making Bennet one of her best supports.
Elemental Burst
If you have ever seen the damage of Railguns in video games or anime then you will have a pretty idea of how strong of a nuke Chasca’s elemental burst is going to be. In this case, the burst will infuse multiple elements based on the elements of the enemies on the targeted field. According to the rumors it has one of the highest nuking multiplier in the game.
You can check the following leaks to learn more about her kit’s visuals and effects.
Constellations
Here’s a table summarizing each of Chasca’s abilities:
Constellation | Ability Name | Description |
---|---|---|
C1 | Cylinder, the Restless Roulette | When Bullet Trick Passive Talent’s ‘Spiritbinding Conversion’ is triggered, a second Shadowhunt Shell is converted into a Shining Shadowhunt Shell. Spiritbinding Conversion Trigger Rate: – 67% for 1 elemental type – 100% for 2/3 elemental types. Chasca’s Nightsoul point and Phlogiston consumption reduced by 30% while out of combat. |
C2 | Muzzle, the Searing Smoke | Shining Shadowhunt Shells from Chasca’s Multitarget Fire skill deal AoE Elemental Damage (based on shell type) equal to 400% of Chasca’s attack. This effect can be triggered once per use of Multitarget Fire. |
C3 | Reins, her Careful Control | Increases the level of Chasca’s Elemental Skill by 3 (max level 15). |
C4 | Sparks, the Sudden Shot | Radiant Soulseeker Shells from Soul Reaper’s Fatal Round restore 1.5 Elemental Energy to Chasca and deal AoE Elemental Damage (based on shell type) equal to 400% of Chasca’s attack. Triggered once per use of Fatal Round. |
C5 | Brim, the Sandshadow’s Silhouette | Increases the level of Chasca’s Elemental Burst by 3 (max level 15). |
C6 | Showdown, the Glory of Battle | Triggering Spiritbinding Conversion grants Chasca the ‘Fatal Rounds’ state: the next Multitarget Fire charges instantly, and Crit Damage for that shot increases by 120% (lasts 3 seconds). |
From her C1 you can see the damage increase to her elemental skill. If you are considering vertical investment then C2 is a good stop. And C6 just makes her Fatal rounds act like a railgun shots.
So, is She Worth the Primogems?
Yes, absolutely. If you are looking for an extremely strong Anemo DPS then she is perfect for you. She won’t require 5 star supports but Furina is always welcome. Being ATK scaled it will be easy to build her and the playstyle is just looking mesmerizing. So, I would say pull for her if you want a strong Anemo DPS with great traversal capabilities.
