Every Emergence Phone location in Call of Duty Black Ops 6.
Call of Duty Black Ops 6’s campaign is a far different experience from previous single player experiences in the series. Missions have different paths you can take and different playstyles you can use to complete them.
It focuses less on the frontlines, and more on espionage, letting experience the thrills of being a spy in the 90s. As such, missions play out like James Bond movies and Treyarch has taken more creative freedom resulting in replayable and memorable missions and settings unlike any the Call of Duty series has seen before.
Furthermore, each mission also has added challenges you can complete within them, and you can miss them if you’re not paying attention.
In this article, we look at the locations of each phone in Emergence, which you’ll need to answer to complete the Collect Calls challenge.
Answering the phones during this challenge also reveals information about Case, one of the playable characters in Black Ops 6.
Emergence Phone Locations
Central Hub Phone
Right after the mission starts, and you’re past the first cutscene, you’ll start seeing zombies inside the building. After a short fight, the phone on the front desk, next to the Director Keycard slots of the Advance Technologies and Applications (ATA) Facility will start ringing.
ACR and Admin Hallway Phone
The second phone is in the large hallway between the Advanced Combat Research (ACR) Wing and the Administration Wing.
Explore the ACR wing to solve a short computer puzzle. You’ll also find a grappling hook here. Shortly after you’ll have to through a boss fight.
Afterwards, pick up the ACR Director Keycard, leave the ACR Wing, and head left and you’ll hear the second phone ringing.
Administration Wing Phone
From the second phone, turn to your left and look up to find a grappling point on the Administration Wing’s balcony. Use the grappling hook to reach the administration wing and you’ll hear the phone ringing on a small table to the left.
Joint Projects Phone
After the Administration Wing Phone Call, turn around and go through the passage to your left.
At the end of the path, you’ll be able to grapple over to the Joint Projects Wing. Keep moving straight ahead until you hear the phone ringing.
Biotechnology Phone
After you’ve found all 4 Director Cards, you can ride the elevator up to the Biotechnology Wing. Once you exit the elevator, you’ll be in a dark room where you’ll find the final phone.
Collect Calls Reward
If you answer all 5 calls, you’ll get the Collect Calls calling card as a reward. You can equip this calling card in any multiplayer game mode including Multiplayer, Warzone, and Zombies.
