What makes this one stand out is how unapologetically silly it is. Irelia is usually one of League’s sleekest and most elegant champions, so seeing her swap out her iconic floating blades for giant breadsticks is exactly the kind of chaos that makes joke skins memorable.
Breadsticks Irelia splash art
At the time of writing, Riot has confirmed the skin’s existence for Season 2, but a full standalone splash art has not been officially published yet in Riot’s news posts. What is currently available is an early preview image showing the skin model and its bread-themed weapon design rather than the final store splash art.
So for now, fans are mostly judging Breadsticks Irelia by its preview art and in-game model concept. Once Riot rolls out the full skin reveal cycle closer to release, the splash art should follow.

Based on the preview image, Breadsticks Irelia leans fully into a playful bakery and restaurant theme. Her floating blades have been replaced by long golden breadsticks, some topped with herbs and seasoning, which instantly gives the skin its identity. The design is ridiculous in the best way, but it still feels readable enough to work in-game.
Irelia herself is dressed like a stylish café worker or bakery server. She wears a red cap, a white top, a green scarf, a red apron, and dark, fitted pants, which gives the skin a clean, kitchen-inspired color palette. The small jars and accessories hanging from her belt help sell the culinary theme even more. From the image alone, the vibe feels less like a high fantasy or battle skin and more like Riot turning Irelia into the face of a very aggressive bread shop.
The funniest part is the contrast. Irelia still has that poised stance and sharp expression, but instead of deadly blades orbiting around her, she has oversized breadsticks. That clash between serious champion and goofy weapon choice is what makes the skin land.
Breadsticks Irelia price
Riot has not officially announced Breadsticks Irelia’s RP price yet. So far, Riot has only confirmed that the skin is part of the upcoming Season 2 lineup.
If Riot keeps it in its standard modern skin structure, the most likely expectation is 1350 RP, since Epic-tier skins are commonly priced there in League’s current pricing system. Riot’s support page lists Epic skins at 1350 RP.
Still, this is only an estimate for now. Until Riot publishes the skin on PBE or adds it to an official patch preview with store details, the final price is not confirmed.
Breadsticks Irelia release date
Breadsticks Irelia is expected to arrive during Season 2’s Pandemonium rollout. Riot’s dev update says the skin is one of the cosmetics coming this season, and Riot’s Season 2 content is tied to Patch 26.9. Riot’s official news page also states that Pandemonium Act I launches on Patch 26.09.
Since Patch 26.8 notes were published on April 14, 2026, that places Patch 26.9 and the likely release window shortly after, with late April 2026 looking like the safest estimate unless Riot changes the schedule.
