Every Terminus side easter Egg and their walkthroughs in Black Ops 6 Zombies.
Black Ops 6 Zombies seems simple at first. Shoot zombies, upgrade your weapons and defenses, shoot some more zombies, rinse and repeat. But it is so much more than that.
While initially introduced as a one-off tower defense game mode, Zombies has evolved a lot since its first inception in World at War.
The zombie game mode has turned into a premier game mode not just in Black Ops and Call of Duty, but in the fps genre as a whole. Many even buy Treyarch’s Call of Duties just to play Zombies.
Moreover, Black Ops Zombies also has an overarching story, one that involves multiverses, time travel, cartoonish villains, etc. To follow the story, you have to complete the main quest or easter egg of a map.
However, each map also has a variety of side easter eggs and is full of secrets. In this article we take a look at all of the side easter eggs in the Terminus, providing a guide on how to complete them.
Culinary Delight
Go to any body of water to look for fish. Throw an explosive or shock charge to kill the fish and pick it up.
Next, go to the Bio Lab, and pick up the Brain on the scale.
Go to the Northeast Corner of the Mess Hall to pick up the can of beans hidden between the crates of vegetables.
In the Mess Hall’s Southeast Corner, grab the bottle of oil on the shelf next to the stove.
On the second floor of the Living Quarters, pick up the salt on top of the fridge.
Go to Engineering and pick up the Blue Battery on the table under the purple arrow.
Go back to the Mess Hall, and pick up an Eggplant.
With all the ingredients in hand, interact with the pan on the stove. This will unlock the Culinary Delight Achievement.
Treasure Hunter
First, go to the north side of the lower level of the Bio Lab and get the Melee Macchiato perk from the Melee Macchiato Machine.
Next, go to the Sea Caves, and on the west side, you’ll see a jagged wall with a hole in it. Break the wall and the skeleton of Captain Gregg will start talking to you. You’ll also see a treasure map with a spot marked X.
You’ll have to go to this spot. Keep in mind that this X appears in a different spot on each playthrough.
Go to the spot using the Tactical Raft and swim underwater around the shore to find a glowing gold watch.
Go back to Captain Gregg and interact with him. The map will update and mark 3 spots: Temple Island, Castle Rock Island, and the Shipwreck.
Before heading to these spots, craft 3 Molotovs at a Crafting Table for 350 Salvage each.
Go to each of the 3 marked locations and throw a molotov on each of the skeletons there. Afterwards, a special Zombie will spawn. Kill the zombie and pick up the Cursed Coin it drops.
Go back to Captain Gregg and interact with him again. He will give you some legendary rarity weapons and mark the final location on your map, Crab Island.
Head to Crab Island and finish 3 rounds there. At the start of the next round. a treasure chest will spawn. Open the treasure chest to pick up the Cursed Talisman and unlock the Treasure Hunter Achievement.
Void Cannon Meteor Easter Egg
First, turn on the 3 AMP Generators in the Guard Station, Living Quarters, and Bio Lab (this is part of the main quest).
Next, buy the Dead Wire Ammo Mod from any Arsenal Machine (also part of the main quest).
Using the weapon with the dead wire mod, preferably one that is accurate, you’ll have to shoot 2 towers. For the first tower, look southeast while standing in Communications. For the second tower, look north while standing in the Storage Area. The towers should turn red after you shoot them.
Wait till the next round and afterward, go to the Gun Platform, and upgrade the Void Cannon using 1,750 Essence.
The cannon will shoot a meteor which will crash northeast on Castle Rock Island. Go there and you’ll find Salvage, some random Equipment, Armor Mods, Armor Plates, and either a Ray Gun or a DR–11 Beamsmasher.
Speedboat Race Easter Egg
Go to the island furthest to the right and dive underwater. While underwater, look for a Speedboat Toy with a red blinking light.
Stay near it for a while and you’ll start a racing minigame with a speedboat. You’ll have to race around the island, following the rings until you reach the green ring.
Whack-a-Mole Easter Egg
Once you start the Terminus Map, open the locked doors and look for a boat. You can find one at the docks or the lab below the island. Take the boat to the southern island (Crab Island) and look for a large hole in the ground.
Above the hole, you’ll see a fishing net hanging. Shoot it or throw a molotov at it and a group of crabs will spawn nearby. Interact with the crabs to start a Whack-a-Mole minigame.
Mega Stuffy Easter Egg
First, pick up 6 stuffed dolls from the following locations:
- A unicorn plushie inside a locker in the Control Room
- A monkey plushie just outside the walkway connecting Sea Tower and Engineering.
- A teddy bear under a table in the Bio Lab, near the crafting table.
- An elephant plushie in the tunnels, next to the Gobblegum machine.
- A duck plushie inside the dumpster on the deck of the ship at the Shipwreck POI. Use a boat to get there.
- A giraffe plushie at Crab Island, next to the crafting table near the portable light.
With all 6 plushies in hand, head to the living quarters and interact with the stuffed monkey on the bottom bunk near the stairs. All the stuffed toys will fuse into Mega Stuffy.
Mega Stuff will fight alongside you, shooting glowing projectiles at enemies. Mega Stuffy also gives you unlimited Self Revives.
Basketball Easter Egg
Just outside Engineering, jump onto the two crates in the middle. Look west, in the direction of the Living Quarters. Jump and you’ll see a basketball on the roof.
Either shoot the basketball with an explosive weapon, like a Pack-a-Punched GS45, or throw a grenade at it. If you do it correctly, a hitmark will appear.
Next, go to the Basketball Hoop near the Jugger-Nog room in the Living Quarters, and 2000 Essence will come out of the hoop.
Oxygen Tank Easter Egg
Head to the Bio Lab, jump on the water, and swim south near the Pack-a-Punch machine. There, dive underwater, and look for a White Rock. Shoot it and you’ll get an Oxygen Tank. However, swim to the surface immediately or you’ll die from the poison.
The Oxygen Tank will increase the time you can remain underwater.
Terminus Secret Music Easter Egg
To play the secret music, you’ll have to find three headphones in the following locations:
- From the starting point, follow the objective marker through the guard station, and out the back of the building. Once you go down some stairs, there will be a corner with some barrels and a lantern on a table. The headphones will be on that table, next to the lantern.
- Next head down the Mine Tunnels. At the end of the tunnel, there is a PhD flopper perk machine. Across the machine, the headphones are on a blue barrel
- Go to the upper floor of the Bio Lab. The headset will be on a white cabinet.
Once you’ve picked up all 3 headphones, the Terminus secret music will start playing.
Spores Easter Egg
Firstly, you’ll have to locate and destroy three groups of spores on islets around Terminus. These spores can be found in the following locations:
- There is a three-islet cluster to the northeast. The spore is on the largest of these islets.
- Islet South of the main island, near a boat spawn.
- Islet northwest and nearest to the main island.
After destroying one group of spores, you’ll have to go back to the main island to finish a round before you can search for some more.
Once you’ve destroyed all three groups, go to the cave with the Speed Cola machine on the main island. Destroy all the spores on the walls of the cave and you’ll be rewarded with a random perk, Essence, and a Raw Aetherium Crystal.
Elevator Easter Egg
First, turn on the 3 AMP Generators in the Guard Station, Living Quarters, and Bio Lab.
Next, head northeast, past the jail cells, to the Maglev Elevator. Spend 500 Essence to use the elevator. Once the elevator activates, start jumping repeatedly. This will trigger the Easter Egg, a jumpscare.
