Taliyah, The Stone Weaver released in 2016, is one of the more popular champions in League of Legends. She is a nomadic mage from the region of Shurima, with a will strong enough to move even the mountains and a spirit fierce enough to make the earth itself tremble.
In-game, Taliyah is a mid-range battle mage with high pushing power and excellent roaming ability. She excels at both small skirmishes and extended team fights by providing ample amount of damage and crowd control.
Taliyah was initially meant to be a mid-laner, but nowadays, she can be played successfully both in the Mid-Lane and the Jungle. Her Passive – Rock Surfing and her R – Weaver’s Wall are excellent roaming tools that allow Taliyay to thrive both in the Jungle and Mid-Lane.
Although she was underpowered for quite a long time, the recent Season 14 item changes allowed her to come back into the meta and be a dominant pick.

The skin is very clean-looking, with minimal effects compared to her other skin. But the skin does come with additional voice lines.

Pool Party Taliyah, hailing from the Pool Party skin line, is a beautiful skin even among the Pool Party skin line itself. The skin revamps all her abilities with beach-themed particle effects and new splashing sounds, and she uses a surfboard instead of rocks on her passive animation.

Crystalis Motus Taliyah is the newest skin added to Taliyah’s skin collection. It hails from the Mythic Essence exclusive Crystalis Motus skin line.
Crystalis Motus Taliyah, as a skin, is very solid. In this skin, Taliyah dawns a Shuriman-style attire, which goes really well with her lore. The skin also replaces all of her earth-based abilities with crystals. In terms of effects, it is solid all across the board; the model and sound effects are pretty cool. The skin also has a great chroma.
Overall, a really good Taliyah skin.
