Bewitching Elise is aesthetically and functionally the best skin for the champion. The witch-like look with the pumpkin models portrays Halloween really well. In terms of the skin itself, there are many things to like about it. The hat on the spider form is a nice touch, along with other visual effects. With many chromas available and all that was mentioned above, this is the best skin for Elise.
