Braum has many skins to choose from, so let us look at them and see which ones are worth buying.
Braum, The Heart of The Freljord, released in 2014, is one of the popular Support champions in League of Legends. He is a Freljordian with legendary strength and a big heart. He roams the frozen north sporting a mustachioed smile as big as his muscles, a true friend to all those in need.
In-game, Braum is a tank champion who excels in team fighting and can provide tons of crowd control. His primary role is the support role and is one of the better melee support in the game. Unlike most melee support, who possess only engage abilities, Braum can both engage and disengage. His unique ability, E-Unbreakable, also allows him to block any projectile abilities and shut down many Marksmen champions.
With all the nerdy stuff out of the way, let’s talk about the real reason why you are here: the skins. Despite being a pretty popular champion, Riot hasn’t given him many skins to work with. But the ones he has are all pretty decent.
In this article, we will take a look at all his skins to determine which ones are worth buying.
7. Braum Lionheart

- Release Date: December 7th, 2015
- Price: 750 RP
- Chroma: None
For a skin released in 2015, Braum Lionheart is a very disappointing skin. The skin comes with no new VFX/SFX or a recall animation and costs 750 RP. If this skin was priced at 520 RP, it might have been worth the money, but as it stands, it’s hard to recommend buying it.
Overall, It is underwhelming for a skin inspired by the “Lord of the Rings” series.
6. El Tigre Braum

- Release Date: January 21st, 2015
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: None
Before we dive deeper into the skin, let us look at the skin’s features first.
- New Model
- New Animations
- New Recall Animation
- New Sound Effects
- New Visual Effects
Concept-wise, it’s an elegant idea. I mean, who wouldn’t like a wrestler’s Braum skin? But its execution is where Riot fumbled. The skin has very lackluster animations, especially in the case of his E ability; it looks like a wooden plank. His ult animation also looks like a pallet swap version of the original one.
Overall, it’s an underwhelming skin at best.
5. Pool Party Braum

- Release Date: June 9th, 2021

- Chroma: 8
Pool Party Braum currently has eight chromas, and each chroma costs 290RP. The ruby version of the Pool Party Braum chroma can be obtained by purchasing the Pool Party Braum chroma bundle.

Although most Pool Party skins have some fanservice, Pool Party Braum seems like it was made purely for fanservice. But in all seriousness, the skin does have a solid sound effect, visual effect, and recall animation. Also, the skin has a beautiful ult animation.
It’s definitely a good skin, but there are better Braum skins out there.
4. Dragonslayer Braum

- Release Date: May 11th, 2014
- Price: 975 RP
- Chroma: 10
Dragonslayer Braum currently has ten chromas, and each chroma costs 290RP. Although only six are now available, the other four are Limited and only distributed by Riot.

Although released in 2014 along with Braum himself, this skin has stood the test of time. The skin has a straightforward design, but it works surprisingly well. Braum’s new armor makes him look even tankier than before. And his shield has a dragon head attached to it, which in itself is pretty badass.
Overall, the skin is fantastic, but I wish Riot had given the skin more chromas.
3. Sugar Rush Braum

- Release Date: December 17th, 2019
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: 8
Sugar Rush Braum currently has eight chromas, and each chroma costs 290RP. The ruby version of the Sugar Rush Braum chroma can be obtained by purchasing the Sugar Rush Braum chroma bundle. The Sweet Tooth version of the chroma is a limited-time chroma and is currently unavailable.

Sugar Rush Braum is one of Braum’s more unique skins. Hailing from the Sugar Rush universe, the skin features Braum equipped with candy armor and a giant candy shield. In addition, the skin features good sound effects, visual effects, and fantastic recall animation.
It is definitely one of the better Braum skins.
2. Santa Braum

- Release Date: December 14th, 2016

As the saying goes, naughty kids get coal for Christmas, but Santa Braum here gives even the naughty kids what they what, and he has given us a fantastic Braum skin. Although Santa Braum was released in 2016 still remains one of the best Braum skins, especially for how well-made the animations and sound effects are.
1. Crime City Braum

- Release Date: August 23rd, 2018
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: 8
Crime City Braum currently has eight chromas, and each chroma costs 290RP. The ruby version of the Crime City Braum chroma can be obtained by purchasing the Crime City Braum chroma bundle.

Crime City Braum, previously named Mafia Braum, is probably the best skin released for Braum. The skin reimagines Braum as a villain, not a menacing one but more of a cartoony one. The models look clean, the animations are absolutely fantastic, and the great part is that the Q animation throws a bag of money, and his shield is a bank vault door.
Defiantly a must-buy skin for Braum players.
