Anivia is one of the best battlemages in League of Legends. Even though she isn’t that popular among players, Anivia has a lot of unique skins.
Anivia was released in 2009, and she was among the first 30 champions in League. Unfortunately, despite being released so early and having a straightforward kit, Anivia is hard to pull off, which explains her low popularity among players. But some players have mastered Anivia. And playing against a good Anivia player can be really frustrating.
Anivia has gotten some pretty cool skins over the years. Riot has designed some rather unique skins for her. Creating different designs for a birdlike creature can be challenging, but we can see her as a prehistoric pterosaur, an origami piece, or even a mighty mythical creature.
1. Papercraft Anivia
- Release Date: February 21, 2019
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (8 Different Chromas Available)
Papercraft Anivia is by far the best Anivia skin out there. The visual effects look amazing, especially how the wall looks when she uses W. You get new animations and sound effects as well. Plus, there are 8 different chromas you can get to change her appearance every game.
2. Blackfrost Anivia
- Release Date: April 29, 2013
- Price: 1820 RP
- Chroma: No
This skin, although quite old, is still one of Anivia’s best skins. It holds a special place in most Anivia mains’ hearts as this was her only good skin for quite a while. As a legendary skin, Blackfrost Anivia looks gorgeous. In addition, the new animations, SFX/VFX effects, and new voiceover bring a whole new feel to Anivia.
3. Divine Phoenix Anivia
- Release Date: September 02, 2021
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (9 Different Chromas Available)
Divine Phoenix Anivia is the newest Anivia skin, and it looks beautiful. Unfortunately, this is not in the top 2 because the animations and abilities look a bit rounded and cartoonish. This skin should have looked more majestic and detailed for the mythological Chinese creature this skin represents. Other than that, it still is one of the best skins in the arsenal. And also the chromas look fantastic.
4. Cosmic Flight Anivia
- Release Date: November 20, 2020
- Price: 1350 RP
- Chroma: Yes (9 Different Chromas Available)
Cosmic Flight Anivia brings a galaxy look to Anivia with the space purple and blue colors. This skin comes with all the bells and whistles, but for 1350 RP, you can get better skins than this. There are some chromas available, but the skin is not that special.
5. Festival Queen Anivia
- Release Date: February 23, 2017
- Price: 975 RP
- Chroma: No
This skin brings a festive vibe with all the sound and visual effects. It also has some new animations. For only 975 RP, this skin is worth it if you like its look. The recall animation is probably the best part of this skin.
6. Prehistoric Anivia
- Release Date: June 14, 2015
- Price: 750 RP
- Chroma: No
This is a different concept, and it could have been so much more than what it is. Unfortunately, Riot has missed a lot of potential with this skin. A freaking pterosaur could be so cool with special animations and much more. But the skin looks quite ugly in-game. There are some new SFX/VFX effects to this skin but no new animations.
7. Bird of Prey Anivia
- Release Date: May 02, 2010
- Price: 520 RP
- Chroma: No
For 520 RP, you can play as an Eagle. That is pretty much it. There is nothing else to mention in terms of new animations and effects. For a low price, if you want a different look to Anivia, you can go for it, but we won’t recommend it.
8. Team Spirit Anivia
- Release Date: February 12, 2010
- Price: 520 RP (Legacy)
- Chroma: No
All three skins in this tier are just plain bad. But Team Spirit Anivia may still seem like a playable skin to the OG Anivia players who started League with this skin. It is a very rare skin, and that is why it places higher than the other two.
9. Hextech Anivia
- Release Date: March 01, 2011
- Price: 750 RP (Legacy)
- Chroma: No
There is no excuse for how bad this skin is. There aren’t any good things we could find to say about this skin. Just save your money and avoid buying it.
10. Noxus Hunter Anivia
- Release Date: August 24, 2010
- Price: 520 RP (Legacy)
- Chroma: No
Many players don’t even know this skin exists, and to be fair, this skin should not exist. However, it is the same model as the classic Anivia skin and has the same animations and effects. The only difference is an ugly gold armor.
