Warzone 2.0 Resurgence Ranked Play will feature many in-game restrictions to ensure a fair playing field.

Warzone 2.0 Season will introduce the most awaited Fortune’s Keep back to the game. Previously added to the game with Warzone Caldera, the Resurgence map has since been reworked for Warzone 2.0.

While normal lobbies in Warzone 2.0 allow players to use various weapons and in-game features, Ranked Play restricts a few. This creates a level playing field and ensures that all players use the same weapons and in-game features. The restrictions of Resurgence Ranked Play have been revealed, let’s take a look.

All Restrictions in Resurgence Ranked Play

Many in-game restrictions are in place, such as squad limitations, map selection and other weapon bans. Here’s an in-depth look at different restrictions in Resurgence Ranked Play:

Game Mode Restrictions

The squad size for Ranked Play is restricted to Trios Only, and the map is set to Fortune’s Keep until Vondel appears in the rotation. Fortune’s Keep was revamped after an earthquake to change most POIs.

Weapon Restrictions

Weapon restrictions are vital for Ranked Play as they ensure all players can access the same guns. Moreover, it also stops the usage of over-the-top weapons and attachments such as the Riveter, dragon breath ammunition, and more. Here’s a

  • Launchers Banned
  • KV Broadside, Haymaker, Riveter, and Guardian MX Banned
  • One Shot Snipers Banned
  • No Corvus Torch

Other Restrictions

Certain event restrictions exist for Resurgence Ranked Play, including Jailbreak Event (No Gulag). Moreover, global text and proximity voice chat are restricted to prevent players from leaking callouts or other player positions.
