Baldur’s Gate 3 has different accessories you can use. Here are all the accessories you can find in the game:

Baldur’s Gate 3 is an RPG based on the Dungeon of the Dragon rules. Being an RPG, it has the gear system you can find in any RPG game. You get to play as a new character, or you can choose to be one of the origin characters the game has to offer. Either way, you can form a party with up to three other members. Each of the members will have their own stats, classes, and gear you need to manage.

You will find quite a few companions on your journey through the game. All the unwanted companions can be sent to the camp, where you can make them join or leave the party whenever you want. Each of the members has some accessory slots associated with them. There are a few rings and an amulet slot for each member. Envoy’s AmuletGrant an ally a +2 bonus on Persuasion Checks
Ilmater’s AidNon-Cantrip spells deal an additional 1d4 Force damage when the wearer drops to half their Hit Points or lower.
Komira’s LocketCreate wisps of light that illuminate a 12m radius.
Moondrop PendantWhen the wearer has 50% Hit Points or less, they don’t provoke Opportunity Attacks.
Psychic SparkShoot an additional dart whenever you cast Magic Missile.
Sentient AmuletShatter – Level 2 Evocation Spell

Ring of Psionic ProtectionForms a barrier around the wearer’s tadpole – they cannot draw on its powers, but it can’t grow stronger.
Ring of Restorative GravityWhen the wearer heals another creature, it is pulled 2m towards them.

Spurred BandDuring combat, when the wearer starts their turn with 50% hit points or less, they gain Momentum for 1 turn.
Sunwalker’s GiftThe wearer can see in the dark up to 12m.
The SparkswallThe wearer can’t be Electrocuted.
Resistance to Lightning damage
The Whispering PromiseWhen the wearer heals a creature, it also recieves a +1d4 bonus to Attack Rolls and Saving Throws.
Tourmaline RingIncreases the wearer’s Charisma score to 20.
Verdelite RingIncreases the wearer’s Dexterity score to 20.
True Love’s CaressOne of a magical pair of rings, this allows the wearer to receive Warding Bond from a creature wearing the matching ring.
