It took all five maps to determine the winner but X10 Esports finally managed to secure the series. The first map was Icebox where Team SMG was ahead by a considerable margin at halftime. But the second half was very competitive where SMG managed to get just enough rounds to win the map. X10 Esports came back strong in the second map winning bind decisively. Split was extremely defense favored with both teams really struggling on the attack. SMG won the map because they played defense first and secured more rounds in the first half. X10 was 1-2 down with SMG needing only one map to win. But in Ascent and Haven they came back strong clinching both maps and the series.
Overall, Pooh1Tap from X10 Esports had outstanding performances with a +21 K/D and 134.6 ADR. From Team SMG, ZesBeeW stood out with a +16 K/D and 141.1 ADR.
