With the release of each ACT, Riot delivers an extensive amount of content for the players. Like other major eSports titles, Riot also introduced a Battle Pass system for VALORANT. However, these progression systems are time-limited. That means a player will have to spend a considerable amount of time to max out the Battle Pass, which ends at Tier 50.
Not everyone can spare much time or effort to reach the max progression level. Of course, the maximum level is rewarding, but Riot finally has some word of hope for the unlucky folks. While answering a set of questions from Redditor TH3WH1T3W0LF, developer Miles “Usury” Metzger clearly outlined Riot’s perspective of the situation.
In response to a specific question regarding the return of old Battle Pass contents, Riot_Usury stated that ” We don’t currently have plans to bring back Battle Pass content as we want to respect the players who grinded for it during the window it was available. However, we may look to reevaluate this if there is enough player interest and enough time has passed that we don’t make those players feel invalidated. “

The remark Clearly indicates a minimal possibility of the return of ACT 1 & 2 Battle Passes. Players who missed out on the opportunity to collect Battle pass contents previously aren’t completely out of options. Nevertheless, the restoration might depend on popular demand.
