Twitch streamer Trainwreck says he is burned out from nonstop streaming during the quarantine

The pandemic has hit everyone pretty hard since most of us are still under strict house arrest all around the world and turns out streamers are also getting burned out from constantly streaming throughout the whole quarantine.

Twitch streamer Trainwreck mostly known for his over-the-top personality has revealed details regarding his struggles during this quarantine. This pandemic has affected all of our mental health in a negative manner.

Trainwreck explains that he has apparently lost over 52 lbs from streaming nonstop during this period. And since he wasn’t allowed to roam around freely due to covid, it started to drain his energy.

Trainwreck addresses his erratic streams

He has taken a small hiatus from streaming with a consistent schedule. Instead, he will be taking it a bit easy with streaming for a while. However, he ensured his followers that de isn’t actually taking a break.

Instead, he has decided to take a break from his consistent streaming routine until he recovers his motivation to continue on. Following his statement, he received an outpour of support from the whole streaming community in general.

Many fellow streamers and content creators showed their support towards Trainwreck. Mental health is a serious issue and it has taken a toll on people from all different backgrounds especially during this whole pandemic.
