Greekgodx banned:

StreamerBans, a Twitter bot responsible for announcing Twitch streamer bans, published the news of Greekgodx’s ban. According to the streamerbans website, this is Greek’s 4th ban on Twitch.

During Greekgodx’s recent IRL stream, he was passing by what seemed to be a family on the side of the road. Shortly after passing them, Greek started making some sounds, supposedly imitating the family.

The clip quickly gained traction, and many online started calling out Greekgodx for his racist behavior. Greekgodx responded on Twitter, saying the family was not even Asian. The Tweet reads,

“This is funny because that wasn’t an Asian family. That was a geek family speaking Greek. And to assume that they are Asian is very wrong in itself. My family members are Asian why would I be racist to the people who brought me up.”

He further commented saying,

“I make some random noises and people assume I’m being racist. What is wrong with this world.”

Most netizens believe the clip above was why Twitch banned Greekgodx. We currently do not know the duration of Greek’s 4th Twitch ban, but it seems to be temporary.
