Cyberpunk 2077’s release has been a rocky start for the game considering all the bugs and issues. Although CDPR is working on improving the game, it has been buggy since the launch. Fans are not happy because it was delayed three times, and yet they could not deliver a fully finished game.

Furthermore, seeing all the backlash they got for the buggy and rocky start, they announced an official apology. CDPR apologized saying they should have shown what the game would look like on Old-gen consoles. They promised to make the game better as time goes by with updates and patch fixes.

On the site, Sony said, ‘SIE strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, therefore we will begin to offer a full refund for all gamers who have purchased Cyberpunk 2077 via PlayStation Store. SIE will also be removing Cyberpunk 2077 from PlayStation Store until further notice.’

Players that have bought the game digitally can still apply for refunds, and physical copies are still playable. CDPR has also assured everyone that they are working on improving the game for everyone.
