Resident Evil RE: Verse Multiplayer teaser trailer released

Capcom just dropped the teaser trailer for RE: Verse multiplayer.

On the 25th anniversary of RE, fans were greeted with amazing news. A brand new addition to the series, a new multiplayer of up to four players, and much more was unveiled. Moreover, RE: Verse Multiplayer will be free for people buying Resident Evil Village coming out this year.

Capcom fans were expecting something big, and they surely didn’t disappoint them. They could not be more pleased to see a crossover event with The Division 2 announced. A brand new Multiplayer and even a demo for Resident Evil Maiden. The highlight of the showcase was the reveal of Resident Evil Village.

RE: Verse Multiplayer will have a crossover from characters throughout the series. Players will be head to head against each other in places throughout the series. The game does not re-spawn you when you die rather you become a monster and hunt down everyone else. The confirmed characters coming to the multiplayer are – Chris Redfield, Jill Valentine, Leon Kennedy, Claire Valentine, also enemies like Nemesis and even Jack Baker.

The eye-catching one on one zombie showdown will have more characters when it launches. This Multiplayer will be free for gamers who will buy Resident Evil Village. The closed beta for the Multiplayer will drop soon, so keep checking the Capcom website to make sure you do not miss out.

2021 is already looking like a good year for gaming, with so many games coming out soon. The release date for RE: Verse has not been declared but we can expect a release in 2021 anytime soon.
