For this month, PS+ subscribers have a lot on their plate to play from. Amazing worlds, adventures, stories, all await in the PS+ free games for March. Especially with Final Fantasy VII remake, one cannot simply neglect the solid line-up of games.

PlayStation Plus games available for March 2021 are:
- Final Fantasy VII Remake – PS4
- Remnant: From the Ashes – PS4
- Maquette – PS5

Let’s start with the best on the list. Square Enix’s modern remake of the cult classic Final Fantasy VII is a must-play for anyone. Not only RPG or JRPG fans but for anyone that loves great characters, stories, and gameplay. A point to note is that this is the PS4 version and hence not eligible for a free PS5 version upgrade, which includes performance upgrades.
Remnant from The Ashes is a third-person shooter. In a world overrun by deadly monsters, you scavenge to forage for supplies and equipment to kill off dangerous and huge bosses, with different varieties of weapons. Furthermore, the game is played through dynamically-generated maps.
Marquette is a first-person puzzler with beautiful art. Bend and manipulate the world using dioramas. This game also uses the PS5’s Game Help feature to provide tips and tricks. The game is available for PS5 through PS+.
Farpoint is a first-person VR game set in an alien world where surviving is the only option. Combat through a range of aliens as they hunt you down using an arsenal of weapons, all in VR. Farpoint can also be played co-op.
