On a side note, a mobile Nier game is also arriving; Nier Reincarnation.

NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… is a fully-fledged remaster of the Japanese, PS3 exclusive Nier Replicant, which in turn is an alternate version of Nier Gestalt. Both are spin-offs of another RPG series, Drakengard. Nier Replicant is a prequel to 2017’s tearjerker RPG, Nier Automata. Furthermore, the game will have improved graphics, enhanced soundtracks, and complete voice acting, redone with the original VAs.

Nier Replicant will be arriving on PC and Consoles on April 23, 2021. Although no next-gen release of the game was stated, we expect Square to announce next-gen ports or will be backward compatible.

Stated as, “a modern re-telling of NieR Replicant, which originally released in Japan in 2010“, the remaster will allow a large group of people to finally experience the complete Nier saga. Especially after the massive success of Nier Automata, almost every RPG lover has been asking for a new Nier title.

Even though remaster of an older game, the Japan and PS3 exclusivity of Nier Replicant caused many to miss out on this masterpiece.

The game looks wonderful and the combat is smooth and perfect, much like Nier Automata. Don’t miss out on this epic. Pre-orders are already open.
