R6 Share works similarly to the old Pilot Program, but also adds more revenue sharing system for the organizations, allowing them to earn from their own specific team-branded items as well as from the new Major and League items. And the first drop of the Regional League items is here as confirmed by Ubisoft.
The league items include cosmetic bundles with each region given a specific Operator. The Operator list includes:
- Smoke (NAL)
- Twitch (EUL)
- Caveira (LATAM)
- Blitz (APAC)
The new multi-tier support system with 3 different tiers of organizations will allow Ubisoft to give more priority to the top organizations, who contribute more towards the scene’s growth, while also giving more opportunities to the small teams.
For every set of League items sold, 30% of the net revenue will be split 4 ways between R6 SHARE organizations in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3. A Performance Pool is the 4th beneficiary, which will distribute the revenue it accumulates amongst top-ranked organizations within each Tier.
With the launch of Operation Shadow Legacy, Ubisoft launched the new November Major items. The team-branded R6 Share skins are yet to be announced by Ubisoft, but most of these skins have been leaked earlier, which suggests they will be officially dropping soon.
Stage 2 of the US Division has already started on September 14th, with LATAM, EU, and APAC kicking off soon. So keep following us for the latest updates.
