Microsoft has announced fresh new lineup of new games coming to Xbox Game Pass this March 2021. Focuses on sports fans.

It’s been some time since we saw some nice collection of games coming to Xbox Game Pass. Today Microsoft dropped the new rosters that will be added to this bang for buck ‘Netflix’ of gaming service. Furthermore, it seems team Xbox is giving the sports fans a treat. As, except one, all of the titles are of the sports genre. Basketball, Hockey, Football, Rugby. Game Pass has it all.

The new games being added to Xbox Game Pass for March 2021 are:

  • Madden NFL 21 – (Console)- 3rd March
  • Football Manager 2021- (Console,PC)- 4th March
  • NBA 2K1- (Cloud,Console)- 4th March
  •  NHL 21- (Console) – April
  • Star Wars: Squadrons – (Console) – March

Madden NFL 21 is playable right now so American Football fans don’t miss out on this. Furthermore, Hockey lovers still have to wait a month as NHL 21 is the only game on the list that will be releasing next month. But hey, there are still loads of games to enjoy from Xbox Game Pass.

And for gamers of other genres, Star Wars: Squadrons is coming in hot. Epic spaceship battles and a nice single-player campaign awaits. A great gem produced by EA, and a must-play for any Star Wars addict. Star Wars: Squadrons, NHL 21, Madden NFL 21 is arriving at Game Pass as part of the EA Play vault. Hence, EA Play subscribers will be getting to play these 3 titles too.

Everything looks fine and exciting but the downside is the games that are leaving soon. In fact, some of the best games of recent times, and games that probably acted as a selling point for Game Pass is leaving soon, on March 15th.

These are:

  • Alvastia Chronicles (console and PC)
  • Astrologaster (PC)
  • Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night (console and PC)
  • Kona (console)
  • The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt (console)

Seeing Bloodstained and The Witcher 3 go saddens me. Hoping to see good replacements for them.
