The news might not be such a surprise as rumors have constantly been going around for the last couple of months. This will bring back the memories of everyone playing the series back in the days, a major throwback indeed but here is the twist.

Bioware said, “Our goal was not to remake or reimagine the original games, but to modernize the experience so that fans and new players can experience the original work in its best possible form” meaning the remastered versions will be the same but with more elegant and in-depth gameplay.
The remaster will be available around spring 2021. They said, “Mass Effect Legendary Edition will include single-player base content and DLC from Mass Effect, Mass Effect 2, and Mass Effect 3, plus promo weapons, armors, and packs – all remastered and optimized for 4k Ultra HD”. Which is great news for everyone now as 4k is the big demand for every game that comes out.
Bioware has not disappointed with the news of 4k Ultra HD coming to the Legendary Edition. They also concluded about plans for further enhancements and forward compatibility on the PS5 and Xbox Series X. Even we are excited to go through the entire game with better framerates and top-notch visuals as promised from Bioware.
Remastered games let us relive the moments of our childhood that we have cherished and enjoyed. They help create ‘deja vu’, this year has not been kind but new consoles and games coming out certainly help make it better.
